By purchasing or using DFY Funnel Build, you agree to the following terms.
DFY Funnel Build is a done-for-you service: we build your low-ticket funnel (sales page, checkout, upsell, and thank-you pages), plus your offer stack and email sequences, delivered within 24 hours of completing the onboarding form. Optional add-ons offered at checkout or after purchase (such as a VSL script, AI interactive tool, ad campaign, Coach App, or content software) are delivered as described on their offer pages.
All payments are processed securely through Whop. Prices are listed in USD and charged at the time of purchase.
Your funnel is delivered within 24 hours of completing the onboarding form. Delivery timelines assume timely, complete responses to any follow-up questions needed to build your product and funnel.
Funnel build: if you don't love it, you get a full refund and keep everything we built. If you spend $500 on ads without turning a profit, we rebuild your offer and funnel.
Order bumps and add-ons: delivered as described, or a full refund. Request it within 14 days of delivery.
Content software: $7 for the first 14 days, then $97/month until cancelled. Cancel anytime before the next billing date and you won't be charged again. Partial months aren't refunded.
We do not guarantee any specific financial results. Testimonials and results shown reflect individual customers' experiences and are not typical. Your results will depend on factors specific to your business, offer, and market.
Once delivered, you own the funnel, copy, and assets built for you. You may use, modify, and host them as you see fit.
DFY Funnel Build is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered funnel or related materials.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
